Eat Clean Diet Grocery List
When I started on my health and fitness journey, I had no idea where to start. I thought it meant that I was stuck eating kale (quick recipe for you guys: put olive oil on your pan so the kale is easier to slide into the garbage)….
That’s not necessarily true!
There are so many different foods that you can enjoy while eating clean. Your idea is to get the food as close to its natural state as possible. No, that doesn’t mean eating a cow that’s still mooing…it can be a bit processed, but go for little to no processing.
My best advice? Stay out of the center aisles as much as possible! Shop the perimeter of the store! This is what I typically have in my kitchen at all times:

Are any of these items already on your grocery list? Anything you think I should add?
