Years ago, I heard “To a child, love is spelled t-i-m-e.” It has stuck with me for a really long time – giving me a gentle reminder that my kids will forget the toys I bought them, but they’ll never forget the way I made them feel. When our family spends time together, whether we’re in prayer, doing crafts, or eating, we bond better.

I’ve been seeing this cute little family craft floating around Pinterest for YEARS now. When I was at the craft store, I bought a stack of canvases for pretty cheap, and I always have a basket full of craft paint for impromptu family craft time. Our family loves doing crafts together. In fact, while I was making this craft, my oldest daughter was busy painting at Girl Scouts!
